Once your business profile is set up, tap Create Campaign, define the experience, content expectations, target creators, and availability.
Your offer will be visible to relevant creators, who can then apply to collaborate with you.
3. Do I pay creators through Secret Sauce?
No. Secret Sauce is value-for-value.
You’re not paying creators, you’re exchanging experiences for content. Any additional commercial arrangements are handled off-platform at your discretion, not recommended by us.
4. How do I choose which creators to accept?
You’ll see each applicant’s profile, content style, audience insights, and performance history.
Accept the creators that best match your brand, goals, and expectations, you’re always in control.
5. What content can I expect from creators?
Each offer includes agreed-upon content requirements.
Creators are encouraged to bring their own style while delivering the basics you’ve outlined, ensuring content feels authentic, not forced.
6. What if a creator doesn’t show up or deliver content?
If a creator fails to attend or deliver, you can mark the booking as Incomplete.
We’ll close the booking on your behalf and review the creator’s account for reliability and future eligibility.
7. Can I invite colleagues to help manage my account?
Yes. You can invite team members as Campaign Managers to help create campaigns, review applications, manage bookings, and track content, all under one business profile.
8. How do I know creators on Secret Sauce are reliable?
Creators build a reliability track record over time based on attendance, delivery, and responsiveness.
Accounts are reviewed regularly to maintain quality across the platform.
9. Can I work with the same creator more than once?
Absolutely. Many businesses build ongoing relationships with creators they trust.
You’re free to accept repeat applications at any time.
