Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SECRET SAUCE platform (“Platform”), owned and operated by SECRET SAUCE MEDIA PTE. LTD. (“SECRET SAUCE”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and delete the application from your device.

1. General Use

  • The Platform connects brands (“Brands”) with creators (“Creators”) to collaborate on marketing campaigns and sponsored posts.

  • You agree to use the Platform in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws (including those of Singapore).

  • We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Accounts

  • Users must register an account to access features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

  • SECRET SAUCE may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

  • Users must be at least 16 years old, or 13–15 with parental consent.

3. Campaigns & Content

  • Brands may create campaigns via our Campaign Manager. Creators may apply and submit posts (“Content”) for approval.

  • Brands are solely responsible for reviewing and approving Content, and for any payments owed to Creators.

  • Creators must ensure Content is original, accurate, and does not infringe third-party rights. Sponsored posts must clearly disclose brand relationships (e.g. #ad).

  • SECRET SAUCE may remove or request changes to Content at any time if it violates these Terms.

4. Payments

  • SECRET SAUCE does not facilitate payments and is not liable for late or missing payments from Brands.

  • Brands must pay all agreed fees, including SECRET SAUCE service fees, on time. Unpaid amounts may accrue interest.

5. Rights & Licenses

  • Creators retain ownership of their Content but grant SECRET SAUCE a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, and promote the Content for marketing and platform purposes.

  • Brands may reuse approved Content in accordance with campaign terms, up to 12 months from publication.

  • By participating, Creators consent to reasonable use of their name, likeness, and posts for campaign and promotional purposes.

6. Restrictions

Users must not:

  • Circumvent the Platform by negotiating outside deals.

  • Misrepresent audience size or use fake/bot followers.

  • Infringe intellectual property rights or violate third-party terms (e.g. social media platforms).

  • Use automated systems, reverse engineer the Platform, or engage in unlawful or harmful activity.

Violation of these restrictions may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Liability & Indemnity

  • SECRET SAUCE is not responsible for the conduct of users, nor for the content of posts created by Creators or Brands.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Users agree to indemnify SECRET SAUCE against claims, damages, or costs arising from their use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Links & Social Media

  • The Platform may link to third-party websites or social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

  • Use of social media platforms is subject to those platforms’ own terms.

9. Relationship

Use of the Platform does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between SECRET SAUCE and users. Creators act as independent contractors.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
